Evening receptionist
We are looking for an evening receptionist for our dealership located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Permanent position.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and independent person. Great personality and high availability.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday – 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Friday – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday - Off
Responsibilities:
- Customer reception
- Answering the phone and transferring calls
- Filing documents
- Administrative tasks
- Cash management
- Any other task requested by the Management
Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English
- Customer-oriented
- Comfortable with using work tools (software, telephone system, printer, fax machine)
- Good time management
- Great collaboration with the entire sales and service team
- High autonomy and resourcefulness
- Experience in a dealership is an asset.
